Call our Manchester centre to schedule an assessment with us if you are worried your child has learning struggles, ADHD or Autism. Our assessment is designed to identify strengths and weaknesses concerning learning skills. We will schedule a consultation meeting after the assessment to discuss the results and give recommendations. 

Take a Cognitive Skills Assessment. At ALP Brain Training Centre, we use The Gibson Test of Brain Skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each student's unique cognitive skill set. Since weak cognitive skills contribute to 80% of all learning struggles, the first step to a lasting solution starts by clearly identifying those weak skills. Using The Gibson Test helps every student get the best results possible, as it identifies weak skills, so we know exactly which skills to target and strengthen.

You’ll receive Assessment results and gain invaluable insights into the “why” behind the struggles you, or your loved one, have been experiencing. During the consultation, the cognitive weaknesses that are behind many of the struggles, you or your child have been experiencing, will be identified and discussed. 

We identified cognitive weaknesses with the assessment; now, we target and strengthen those weak skills with fun, challenging mental exercises. The training phase includes working one-to-one with an ALP Brain trainer who will provide the most effective brain workout possible for maximum improvements. This one-to-one training is also supplemented with in-centre digital brain training. Most people notice and report improvements such as less time doing homework, less overall frustration, higher grades, greater confidence, improvements in memory or attention, and even an increased love for learning. 

After the training is complete, we once again test each student's cognitive skills. This second assessment lets us measure improvements in cognitive brain performance scientifically.
